Most companies in the industry can manufacture up to 13mm thickness, while Nexus has the ability to go to 20mm thickness, which we can also seal. Our gusseted bags have very consistent seals and we are experts in the prevention of clean room contamination.
All of Nexus' clean room plastic products are vacuum sealed and double bagged with the same pure materials to avoid contamination.
We test all of our products for TAC (total ash content) and VOC (volatile organic compound) and can plastic bags with less than 10ppm or less than 15ppm, depending on your clean room needs. We also have class 100 and class 1000 clean rooms in our facilities for product testing.
Our plastic bags can be used for storing wafers, poly silicon parts and poly silicon rods to avoid contamination and are available from 2mm to 20mm.
Nexus' gusseted bags are available in 10kg, 15kg and 20kg strengths for poly silicon chunks.
Our crushing table covers protect the material and need to be thick so 20mm gauges are idea for this application.
Nexus' filament compartment bags are ideal for poly silicon rods and filament and are available in 1.25" and 3" widths and 6" to 12" lengths.
